Facilities at Eastchurch Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.


We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.


NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £12.00 per hour

The Main Hall is 19.2 metres long by 10 metres wide.

Currently, there are 16 (6ft) & 6 (4ft) folding tables stored under the stage. and 90 banquet style stacking chairs, together with a trolley for moving them.

The floor area is marked out with a badminton court.

The stage is 6 metres wide x 2.8 metres deep, suitable for disco etc.

Heating System
The Hall is heated by a gas fired boiler controlled by a preset time clock and a thermostat control for each side of the hall. These are normally preset at 15*C The radiators have individual thermostatic control valves.

Sound
The Hall has a P.A. unit which can be hired separately.

Car Parking
The Hall has its own car park. There are 23 spaces plus 2 spaces designated for disabled parking. There is also room for parking in Warden road.

Wheelchair Ramp and Access 
Access is via a wheelchair friendly ramp at the front of the building.

The Kitchen is 4.9 metres by 2.7 metres

  • Filter Flow automatic water boiler, single tap
  • 2 x Sink with Hot and Cold Water
  • Cutlery
